🛡️ 1. Craftsmanship Guarantee

Every ring is handcrafted by master artisans in 925 sterling silver. We stand behind our work with a 30 Day Craftsmanship Guarantee.

This guarantee covers:

• Wrong size delivered (different from what was ordered)
• Wrong engraving (different from approved text)
• Manufacturing defect in material or structure

This guarantee does NOT cover:

• Change of mind after crafting begins
• Design changes after approval
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused after delivery

To claim: Contact us within 30 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email at classringai@gmail.com with your order details and photo.

📦 2. Shipping Policy

Every ring is handcrafted especially for you — this is not a mass-produced product.

Estimated Production Time:

• Standard: 15–20 business days after design approval
• Team Orders (3+ rings): 20–30 business days

Shipping Time (after dispatch):

• USA Standard: 5–10 business days
• USA Express: 3–5 business days (additional charge applies)

Delay Notice:

Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control including:

• International customs clearance
• National holidays or postal service disruptions
• Natural disasters or extreme weather events
• High volume seasonal periods (May–June graduation / November–December holidays)
• Carrier delays (USPS, FedEx, DHL)
• Force majeure events

In case of any delay, we will proactively notify you via WhatsApp or email with updated tracking information. Refunds are not offered for carrier-caused shipping delays. All orders ship with tracking — your tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp once dispatched.

🤖 3. Design Submission & Display Policy

By submitting your custom AI design, you agree that Best Custom Creation may feature your completed ring as a Best Seller on our website. The ring will be displayed exactly as crafted — no modifications. This agreement is accepted at the time of design submission.

Additional terms:

• The ring photograph used will show the actual crafted product
• No personal contact information will ever be published
• Ring display on our website is solely for showcasing craftsmanship quality
• Best Custom Creation reserves the right to use the ring image for marketing purposes across our websites and social media platforms
• You retain ownership of your ring design concept — we only use the image of the physical crafted product

❌ 4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order — before crafting begins.

Once crafting has begun, cancellations are not accepted as materials have already been allocated and work has started.

To cancel: Contact us immediately via WhatsApp.

💰 5. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Design approved by customer but disliked after delivery
• Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs

We DO offer replacement or remake for:

• Manufacturing defects
• Wrong size or engraving within 30 Day Guarantee period
